OUR BELIEFS

God the Father is the one true God, creator and ruler of all, and loving initiator of salvation; therefore we will love Him, worship Him and obey His commands.

Jesus is God's son who paid the penalty for our sins by dying on the cross. In three days he rose from the dead, conquering sin on our behalf; therefore, we will follow Him and trust in His redeeming work for our salvation. We also strive to follow His perfect example in life, emulating His love for one another and for our community.

The Holy Spirit is God strengthening Christ followers and convicting others of their need for Christ. He is the third person of the Godhead and the Spirit of Truth (1 John 5:6-8). We abound in hope by the power of the Holy Spirit (Romans 15:13).

The Bible is God's perfect, trustworthy, and sufficient message for all things in this life. It reveals His divine character and promise of salvation. We affirm 2 Timothy 3:16: All scripture is God breathed and useful for teaching, rebuking, correcting, and training in righteousness.
